We feel like we have an HR department!  Recognising that the HR piece was important and wanting to have the correct processes in place from the outset. The platform is extremely easy to use. More importantly the team is always there at the end of the phone with the expertise we need around HR. This lets us focus on doing what we do best – working with our clients and focusing on our company culture. It’s great not to have to needlessly spent on processes that don’t generate the outcomes we want in our business!
